What a day! Today my brother Steve and his fiance Kim are getting married! I am so excited and happy for them, but bummed we can't be there. It is supposed to be a beautiful day in WI and I hope and pray that this marriage is the light and happiness that they both deserve.
My very good friend, Kathy is having her third baby today! On her 5th wedding anniversary! I can't wait to find out if she will have her third beautiful girl or her first little boy. I've only been bugging her for months to know. How people can wait 9 months when it is so easy to find out these days is beyond me! I have my phones handy and my email engaged. Will it be Fallon or Connor? So exciting!
A new friend, whom I'm still getting to know but is a super sweetheart is having twin girls today! (She has two boys - her oldest was in Eric's preschool class last year and one of his favorite buddies). Her husband will be sending an email this afternoon. I am so excited for her! Partly to not be pregnant anymore. She is petite and I think both of those babies were supposed to come out bigger than Elyse alone was! Can't imagine. She has been so calm and cool and taking everything in stride....including contemplating life with 4 little ones!
An exciting day filled with new beginnings. And the sun is shining!
