In August, Elyse turned 6 months old!

The day before we took off on our midwest tour, Elyse officially turned 6 months old. During August she got her first two teeth (on the bottom, of course). She became a pro at sitting up, hardly ever toppling over unless she "meant to do that". She isn't quite crawling, but has gotten very good at scooting and rolling to get to whatever she sets her sights on and let me tell ya, she is one determined girl! When the doctor said she was "feisty" 1.5 seconds after she was born...she wasn't kidding! She is also a HUGE sweetheart and adores her family. She is endlessly entertained by Eric, who very willingly obliges. The following pictures illustrate her penchant for scooting under beds. Isn't she cute?!
