Happy Birthday, Baby Boy

Well, he'll always be my baby boy and that's what I tell him. To which his response is "I'm not a baby". Ahhh, maybe he'll get it someday! Anyway, I can't believe he's 5 already! I see him everyday and still can't believe he went from that to this in the blink of an eye.

I just realized we didn't take any pictures on his actual birthday (got some video, though!) except for the bad polaroid taken at the Japanese hibachi restaurant we took him to tonight.

The 26th was his birthday party with some friends. They had a lot of fun swimming and going down the lazy river. We had a room for pizza and cake, then the kids swam some more in the indoor pool. They were sufficiently worn out! Today he spent most of his day at a gymnastics camp, which he absolutely loves. We ended the day with dinner at the aforementioned restaurant, came home and opened some presents before stories and bedtime. That sweet boy even remembered to thank us as we were tucking him in. I love you my baby boy!
