Little Chefs

Eric likes to cook. He would be devestated if we made pumpkin pancakes without his help. He has also enjoyed taking some cooking classes for kids recently. I told him we should make something else at home together (besides pancakes). He agreed and said we should make eclairs. Huh?

Tonight, Ross wasn't home for dinner and Eric really wanted to have eggs. He asked if he could crack and mix his own. He got the step stool out of the bathroom and did his thing. Lately, whenever Eric is on a stool (for instance, brushing his teeth) Elyse feels the need to join him. She climbs on EVERYTHING these days. So, she joined him while he was making his eggs and proceeded to grab an avacado sitting on the counter. Messy! But cute. Oh, and the eggs were yummy!
